Why Lynn? Why this diet? The simple answer is that it is about real life and real results. I have lost 26 pounds in 13 months (as well as many inches) and feel sure that each pound I lose is going to stay off Lynn has shown me how to change my eating habits and how to take control of what I put into my mouth.
No, I haven't lost weight quickly or dramatically, in fact I'm still working at the diet and I always will. This concept used to fill me with dread but now together with Lynn I have begun to realise that changing my 'dreadful' eating habits so that I follow a healthier style of eating is an everyday challenge and one that I can achieve.
Lynn's diet plan and strategies help you to cope in all situations. Those of us who love eating always will but now I know how to remind myself of the right choices. I have a better understanding of the foods that do not 'work' for me and how to plan my week so that I do not veer from the track.
I think Lynn's real experiences of both her own dieting history and other client's have helped me build a realistic picture 'why' I eat what I eat and what to do when I'm doubting my ability to shed those pounds.
I am lucky enough to work with Lynn on a weekly basis and it is the best money I have spent in a long time; I think it would be great for others to have the opportunity to place 'Lynn' on their bookshelf. When it comes down to it, each one of us is in control of what we eat ... but boy does it help to have the help of a dietician like Lynn.

I have been a client of Lynne's for eight months and have lost 21 pounds.
Her skills as a motivator are excellent and she is very supportive. Her program is not a diet but a healthy eating plan that fits in with running after three school children and a busy social life.
On the program have learnt to scan menus and try new things, so my eating habits have changed but my diet is more varied. Gone is the tiramisu and in its place are things like poached pears in red wine and Cinnamon.
People who haven't seen me for a while comment on how much younger look and walk with more confidence.
My knees use to ache when went upstairs; that has gone now.
Thanks Lynne you're the best.
